Sultan Kosen, measuring 8ft 1in (2.47m), was adjudged as a worthy titile of “The World’s Tallest Man,” as per the Guinness Book of Records. Sultan visited the area near London’s Big Ben. He is a part-time farmer from Mardin in eastern Turkey and uses crutches as his knee joints are weakened by his height.
