Alysha Castonguay Miss Rhode Island 2009 has also posed for some objectionable pictures for Maxim Magazine just like Miss California Carrie Prejean’s Pictures. So Why only Carrie is put under the sword and not Alysha??? Why there is a double standard for handling the same situation.

Well Alysha had already told the pageant organizers about her nude photoshoot at the time of applying for the competition while Carrie Prejean remained silent about her photographs. The Pageant officials had already approved Alysha’s photos so there was no problem as such.

Also there is speculation that Carrie had to bear the brunt of her open views about gay marriage as she gave a very bold answer which also cost her Miss USA crown.

As Alysha when asked about this said to the press:-

“I personally believe this situation is stemming from the controversy over her opinion and not a photo.”

I still don’t know exactly whether Michael Phelps is dating cocktail waitress Caroline Caz Pal or Miss USA runner-up Miss California Carrie Prejean. Well that seems to be the mystery as different sources report different thing.

If Radar Magazine is to be believed then Carrie Prejean’s grandmother Jeanette Coppolla says, “Carrie and Michael have been out to baseball games and lunch.He always calls her when he is in town and they go out. Carrie knows that he has dated a lot of girls but she enjoys going out with him and isn’t serious about being in a relationship with him. He’s a nice guy and she
likes him.”

While People claimed back in 2008 that Michael was dating Caroline Caz Pal, a 26-year-old cocktail waitress at the Moon Nightclub in the Palms Casino Resort in Las Vegas.

Carrie Prejean one of the many contestants of Miss USA 2009 pageant stirred a controversy with her views on the Same Sex Marriage and it was quite evident that the audience didn’t like it.

When Judge Perez Hilton asked a question to her ,”Vermont recently became the fourth state to legalize same-sex marriage.  Do you think every state should follow suit?  Why or why not?”

This was Miss California Carrie Prejean’s response to that question, “I think that I believe that a marriage should be between a man and a woman.  No offense to anybody out there, but that’s how I was raised.”

After her answer it was quite evident who was going to win the crown that evening as Kristen Dalton was crowned Miss USA 2009 and Prejean says it might be her comments that may have cost her the crown.

Keith Lewis,Shanna Moakler directors of the Miss California pageant organization and Perez Hilton were vocal in criticizing the contestant for her views on Gay Marriage.
