Kevin Skinner Wins America’s Got Talent Season Grand Finale. Kevin is a The 35-year-old country singer and also a chicken catcher from Mayfield, Kentucky. He was adjudged as a winner the NBC talent competition over opera singer and cancer survivor Bárbara Padilla.

Skinner won a whopping amount of $1 million prize with a headlining spot at a Las Vegas show. Man…who says there is recession. The highlight of the finale was performances by a line of stars such as Shakira, Susan Boyle, Thelma Houston, Leona Lewis, Rascal Flatts and the cast of the new Cirque du Soliel production “Banana Shpeel.”

Kevin Skinner gave the performance of his life on America’s Got Talent by singing a Country Song in his deep, husky voice and it looks like he is on his way to become next Susan Boyle.

Kevin was dressed causally with a baseball cap and a guitar in his hands and is a Chicken Catcher in Mayfield, KY. He sang If Tomorrow Never Comes by Garth Brooks which touched almost everyone’s hearts and of course judges knew he is one of the finalists so it’s obvious that Kevin was propelled into next round.
