After Paris Hilton and Ashley Greene, it was time for Haylie Duff to celebrate her 24th birthday at Bank Nightclub of Bellagio Hotel in Las Vegas on Friday, February 20, 2009.
Apart from boyfriend Nick Zano, Haylie was spotted enjoying her birthday party with celebrities like Shayne Lamas, Robert Kardashian Jr.
