Amanda Bynes sizzles at the fashion ramp for the Mercedes Benz Fashion Week with Tori Spelling and Jennie Garth on the eve of Valentine’s day on February 13, 2009.

Amanda was looking extremely gorgeous in red strapless frock with a belt studded with jewelery and art work with sandals to match.
