Mindy Mccready is being accused of stealing of Rebecca Gayheart video which shows her in uncomfortable nude position by former dethroned Miss United States Teen Kari Ann Peniche who herself was famous for baring it all for playboy. She said that Mindy swapped the hard drives when she was her “Celebrity Rehab” roommate which has a footage of her Eric Dane and his wife Rebecca Gayheart almost naked.
As TMZ reported:- The footage was shot more than two years ago in her studio city apartmnent and Peniche says that the country singer swapped the hard drives when she moved out. IT is also said that the tape has more steamy scenes than LAPD could have expected as Peniche filed a report for stolen property. The video shows them moving naked while they try to choose sexy names for themselves as Gayheart picks “Nina” as her handle, while Peniche opts for “Fifi.”
Dane and Gayheart already declared that anyone who publish that tape would be sued and that’s why should be ready to face their lawyers as their attorney Marty Singer says, “It is simply a private, consensual moment involving a married couple, shot several years ago, which was never intended to be seen by the public. Although the participants are nude, the tape is not a ’sex tape.’”
