Helen Philips has won the Biggest Loser 2009 after losing a staggering 140 pounds that means a total 54.47% weight loss that also means that she won a whopping $250,000 grand prize for the Biggest Loser season 7.

Helen came trumps against fellow competitors and finalists Mike Morelli and Tara Costa. There is no doubt that Helen was too happy to receive this news and said,”I haven’t worn a dress in at least 10 years. It was just wonderful. I actually feel beautiful today. I haven’t felt that in a really long time.”

Well done all the participants for their positive attitude and losing such a weight in such a less time. Below are the pictures of (biggest loser before and after) after the jump.
