Wendy Williams was suspended by the New York Radio station WBLS for a week even after coming out the TOP URBAN radio personality. And it is said that WBLS is upset as she is killing everyone’s rating.
PostChronicle has some new dimension to the story:-
Nicole Spence, former booking agent for the show, has filed a formal complaint with the E.E.O.C. claiming that Wendy has been retaliating against her ever since she complained about the unwanted sexual advances.

Check out the last interview that Wendy did – she was celebrating her ratings success and Charlamagne’s new gig as a Philadelphia Morning radio personality. They talked a lil crazy about Bow Wow and Chingy – but nothing to get suspended over.
Anywayz, whatever the reason might be but I don’t think they should be suspending her for over performing…well that’s a pretty wrong thing.

Wendy deserves to get fired for that disgusting in her own words “negrodian” act. she was worse than any of her jacks ass callers, who is the DONKEY now Wendy? I heard the original broadcast and I turned it off because I couldn’t stand to listen to that mess after 5 minutes. She should of learned from Whitney, don’t let your husband bring you down. They were drunk and out of control. the station should have pulled the plug and stopped it after 2 minutes. If I was Charlamagnes new boss, I would cancel his contract. Wendy’s sponsors for her tv show need to reconsider. Was it worth it Wendy??

I listened to the broadcast that day and it was like watch a train reck. I understand why Charlamagne came on the show, but why Wendy’s husband there? Charlamagne had a point to prove that he landed on his feet after being fired, but what was up with Wendy’s husband? It appears that he is pimping Wendy because there is no way I would allow HIM to make any business decisions for me. He couldn’t even sit in on any real business deals of mine. He is a complete IDIOT! Even if he had a grudge against WBLS or the way the treated Wendy or him, WBLS still pays Wendy’s check for showing up.
The reason they suspended her is because there are ongoing investigations about the sexual harrasment charges and death threat plot. After hearing that “interview” the other day, I would believe any and everything Nicole had to say and any for-hire killings that were alleged against him.
Wendy’s husband is costing Wendy and ultimately WBLS because they sue the place of employment first and foremost.

It was a matter of time and what comes around goes around. She makes a drag queens look good. She was so negative, nothing entertaining about her shit except to people on her level. I admit at time there was humor but for the most part she was “Queen of the ghetto!” I use to see her almost everyday when I was home in NY, because I worked in the same building as she did, but she was low key back in ‘92 – ‘94, and she dropped futher down. She makes the stereotype look good.

I still laugh at this final show. She knew what she was doing. Anyway hopefully Ms Wendy will be back next week…She is missed no matter what all you haters say. She makes NYC traffic a little more tolerable. Its just entertainment!!

Artie was let go I think over that play he was promoting. He wrote it and was going to play the lead role. It was premiering somewhere in NJ. Wendy came up with this ‘WHERE’S ART?, he’s not around working the boards? GIVE THEM TO ME I”LL WORK THEM” I think she was on some remote location and Art wasn’t at the studio but in another room or something like that. But I think it had to do with that play. He told the listeners it was titled something like “Secrets..” I really doubt she would get mad at him not being at the console. I think I have the audio of his last show recorded somewhere. After that blowup, he was never on the air again. I actually saw him in Philly sometime last year. Art is a tall guy.

I love listening to Wendy, but I’m constantly amazed at how “blind” she is to her husband and his Hood mentality. She allowed him to sexually harass her co-worker (c’mon she had to know about this) and she allowed Charlemagne and Hood Hef to come up in the studio when she knew that it was wrong. Wendy pretends to be a strong woman but she will do anything to keep Hood Hef happy. He is just another ignorant fool trying to ride some coat tails. Wendy is constantly dishing out advice and calling people donkeys but Wendy’s man cheated on her when she was pregnant with Lil Kev and about a year ago there was a sex tape online starring her husband and a young lady in her twenties. Wendy has no business laughing at Whitney Houston. She is made of the same cloth.

I’m not sure which is more pathetic – those who hate people who live their lives as themselves with no excuses or those who hate themselves because they are incapable of doing the same. Wendy is brash, irreverent, opinionated,crass, sentimental, insightful, witty, opportunistic, loving, self-deprecating, loyal and self-centered…very human. The difference is she lives it all out on a stage…where most of us -including her critics – elbow for a front row seat. I love listing to Wendy because she is who she is – a far more satisfying pastime than listening to people who comfort themselves for their personality impotence by reveling in the dilemmas and obstacles of those who actually live their lives. You don’t have to love her….but…*^#@ people…stop hating!!

I listened to Wendys show almost everyday, and must admit that last show with Charlemagne and her husband was hard to listen to – totally disrespectful to WBLS. I turned the station after a couple of minutes. Maybe she trying to get fired???

Like Tere, I too had to turn off fr the Charlamagne & Hood HEF interview, it was too noisy & chaotic & I agree disrespectful to BLS & this is coming fr an avid listener. Her show keeps me awake daily during my 2 hr ride home fr work, it’s entertaining & I do admire her “it is what it is” attitude, but this was taking it a bit too far in my opinion!! I do miss her the past wk & a half, though! It sounds like she was purposely doing this, as she signed off insinuating exactly that!! Oh Well! She can afford it & hopefully, u’ll be back next wk Wendy!!

I agree with most of these post. Wendy is funny as hell and she’s a guilty pleasure, because sometimes I’m disgusted with her antics and sometimes I laugh out loud. I listened to the show that day as well, online, she deserved a suspension for poor judgment. Kev (Hef) whatever she wants to call him, is going to bring her down. She’s a Donkey (Wendy) for letting him and Char take over her show. Slam BLS, Slam someone who is suing them, Slam the person Char is replacing in Philly. Dumb moves. Even Charlamagne was trying to distance himself from Kev’s comments. WENDY wise up! Your husband smashing some chick in a video, being sued, getting you suspended, drive his ass back to Brownsville and drop him off. What about all that blk female empowerment?
