Henry Ian Cusick who plays “Desmond” on the show LOST, however is currently sued by one of his crew members Chelsea Stone from the series.
Stone is also said to be reported the incident to her supervisor however told to stay away from the Lost actor. She was an ABC employee since 1997 and lost her job exactly twelve days after the incident. ABC and Grass Skirt Productions are also named in the lawsuit as defendants.
This is what TMZ reported about the lawsuit,”According to a lawsuit filed today in Los Angeles Superior Court, Chelsea Stone claims that while working on the show, Cusick placed his hand on her buttocks and caressed the back of her body while making moaning sounds.”
She also claims Cusick placed his face on top of [her] breasts, moving his face from side to side. He then squeezed her breasts with his hands. The lawsuit is filed today itself in Los Angeles Superior Court.
