Barack Obama Addresses The Congress

Barack Obama addressed a joint session of congress on February 24, 2009 and it was meant to inspire and have a more helpful outlook towards future in order to get out of the current hopeless recession.

Barack is known for his speeches and more than that for the kind of start his speeches have.

Barack said,”The state of our economy is a concern that has risen above all else…..The impact of this recession is real and it is everywhere…..Our economy is in crisis. Tonight I want every American to know this: we will rebuild, we will recover and the United States of America will emerge stronger than ever before.”
