Ever happy looking Miley Cyrus was spotted with her family plus her lucky mascot Justin Gaston in Toluca Lake on weekend afternoon, January 3, 2009.
The family included Miley’s father and mom Leticia and Billy Ray respectively had a meal with their teenage daughter and hopefully their to be Son-in-Law’s at Party Diner.
It looked like they all were gelling together quite well and Miley’s parents were looking like happy with all the proceedings when they parted ways with their daughter.
