Hugh Hefner, the 82 year old Playboy billionaire and still very young at heart has sent out a Annual Christmas Greeting card while posing with his new girlfriends Karissa and Kristina Shannon who are topless but body painted.
Hefner is wearing a standard uniform of red silk robe and pajamas while the Shannon twins are painted in pink with a word “hef” written across their chest and a matching shorts.
