Hilary Duff was spotted at “Total Finale Live”, at MTV’s Times Square Studios and the occasion was also graced by young stalwarts like Justin Timberlake, Beyonce, and Taylor Swift.
Hilary was donning an ensemble with a black belted mini dress complete with a long black sheer overlay with black heels to match.
Hilary also talked about her latest album and told the press, “It’s different for me. It’s a little dancin, and there’s a rapper named Prophet who’s on it who’s really cool and kinda fresh.”
