Scarlett Johansson was chosen to hand out the famous Teen Choice surfboard along with the $100,000 grand prize to our winner,who will be revealed tonight during the 8pm airing on Fox.
Scarlett said she had “the best award of the night” to present,and that she just didn’t know how the winner would “make it up on to the stage without falling down. I mean, I would if I won $100,000!”
