Miley Cyrus is a busy teenager. Well the disney girl is busy in raising funds for ASPCA and raise awareness for animals in need through her cross country fundraiser “Bolt Across America.”

Miley Cyrus also likes to greet Paparazzi and that’s why perhaps she alwayz greets with a huge smile. She was there in Central Park. The “Breakout” star is spending her much of time in New York City these days to promote her new album.
She also made it a point to appear on this morning’s Today show.
